You are 100% responsible for your own transportation. Fortunately, Las Vegas is very friendly in that department.

Maps:

We have a two part map of the Center and South Strip. Click on each one, print them out, then put them together:

Airport Shuttles:

Taxis and walk-up mini-bus services are available out the West doors of the airport near baggage claim. Taxi's run 24/7. Most shuttles run from 6 AM to 2 AM. All deliver you to your hotel:

BELL TRANS
(702) 739-7990
Limousines and mini-buses $3.75 per person to the Strip (one way).

GRAY LINE
(702) 739-5700
Mini-buses $4.40 per person to Strip (one way), $7.70 round trip

RAY & ROSS AIRPORT EXPRESS
(702) 261-3230
Strip $4.00 (one way), $7.00 round trip.

The San Remo was picked for both its location on the Strip and its proximity the the airport. Taxi between the San Remo and the airport is under $10.00.

Pink E's:

Pink E's is a 1.5 miles cab ride (under $10 with traffic) from our hotel. Up to 5 can ride in a cab. Also, Pink E's sits across from both The Gold Coast and The Rio hotels. The Gold Coast has a free shuttle which runs from the side of the Barbary Coast on the Strip across from Caesars Palace (1/2 mile from our hotel) every 20 minutes. It is completely free. You don't need to show a room key. You can hop the shuttle and then walk across the street to Pink E's. See map below:

These shuttles do not run after midnight, so we suggest splitting the cab ride back to the hotel. Cabs will take up to five riders. If you are broke and drunk, the 1.5 mile walk from Pink E's to our hotel isn't bad, and much of it is along the Strip.

Cabs can be readily caught across the street at The Rio or Gold Coast. The Rio is a hot spot, so you might want to check it out before you head back!

Hard Rock

A free shuttle runs to the Hard Rock from the Tropicana (next door to San Remo). Schedule is subject to change so call 1-800-693-7625 for a recording of current times.

The Strip:

Much of the hottest hotels and attractions on The Strip are located within walking distance of our hotel. However, The Strip is 3.5 miles long and if you want to explore more (or your feet get tired), you have two options:

The city bus runs every 5 minutes the entire length of The Strip (and on into Glitter Gulch downtown), 24/7. Fare is $2. These buses can be very crowded on weekend evenings.
Every hotel has a cab stand. Please beware that between around 8 PM - 1 AM, traffic is bad so keep your eye on the meter, although if you are going more than a mile, the cabby will often take the back streets to avoid jams.
Rental Cars: There really isn't any need to, but if you like having your own wheels, CheapoVegas usually has the lowest rental car prices. They price all agencies.
